Interface: Improvements on framework_feature
- Restrict variable replacement on "@VAR@" only
- Set PSA_FRAMEWORK_ISOLATION_LEVEL before configure_file
- Add invalid config check on:
TFM_LIB_MODEL AND PSA_FRAMEWORK_ISOLATION_LEVEL
