Revert "Workaround: Disable AN521_ARMCLANG_IPC_1_STORAGE_Debug_BL2_NS" The defect has been addressed. Test pass with the latest TF-M. Revert the workaround patch to re-enable the config. This reverts commit 797d19b508d3bebc801b4b86b2da306ef03f4138. Change-Id: Id38c9d08da425b0b27d37cf7a3c6ae4c2f5ac694
