LAVA: Update timeout limit to wait for LAVA jobs Timeout limit in per patch job is set to 45min, in case of CI resources being blocked by any failed test cases for long time. Timeout limit for other jobs such as nightly job is set to 5h, in case healthy tests being killed by the short timeout limit.
