jenkins: pass CODE_COVERAGE_EN variable into lava_create_jobs.py The lava job generation script, lava_create_jobs.py, should take into account the Jenkins variable that either enables or disables code coverage, CODE_COVERAGE_EN, so the latter can enable code coverage at the resulting job defintion.
