coverity: stop ignoring RSS and MHU driver files Thanks to the (artificial) PLAT_RSS_NOT_SUPPORTED=0 build condig added in commit e30bd0c9ac07f "coverity: add coverage for RSS driver", these files are now getting analysed through Coverity.
