lava-templates/fvp-*: Fine increase test timeout to 13min It turns that with 12min, tests can relatively easily timeout (while with older 15min we saw genuinely failing tests hog LAVA for too much time due to amplification effects). Until proper means to flexibly timeout LAVA jobs are implemented (TFC-372), just finely increase the timeout by 1min.
