fvp: remove unused tests.

removed ccn and gic600 tests temporarily when migrating from FVP's.

Newer FVP's 11.26 doesn't have this configuration to continue testing them on CI, after discussion we have decided to remove this configuration from testing due to no model configuration available going forward.
