fvp_utils.sh: create an empty bl32_extra2.bin file representing tee-pageable_v2.bin There is no need to fetch 'tee-pageable_v2.bin': this is just an empty file, named as 'bl32_extra2.bin'. Change-Id: I0c772acd83a5172272da2a0c4deb01ad35ccf427
