fix: update the patch file used for data abort test
Recent commit 6dc5979a6cb2121e4c16e7bd62e24030e0f42755 updated the
source file bl32/sp_min/aarch32/entrypoint.S
This file is modified during build time using [1] for running the test
config "tf-l3-boot-tests-misc/fvp-aarch32-roxlattables,fvp-aarch32-default:fvp-tftf-fip.tftf-aemv8a.aarch32.roxlattables.spmin_panic-debug"
[1] patch/readonly_xlat_tables/sp_min_data_abort_print_panic_message.patch
