Platform: Add support for Musca-B1 test chip board

Details:
 - Adds Musca-B1 platform support files, which are derived from the
   Musca-A1 platform support files.
 - Adds a new target platform to the build system: "MUSCA_B1"
 - Updates the docs with details for Musca-B1
