tests(spmd): check SMCCC NS physical FF-A instance Check FF-A ABIs on top of SMCCCv1.2 at NS physical FF-A instance: -For FF-A v1.0/v1.1 ABIs that do not require more than 8 registers as input/output. -For FF-A v1.2 ABIs using 18 registers as input/output (e.g. FFA_PARTITION_INFO_GET_REGS).
