dev-apis: platform: Add target for nRF5340 and nRF9160 Add tgt_dev_apis_tfm_nrf which can be used for both nRF5340 and nRF9160. Most of the porting is offloaded to the project that includes this. Signed-off-by: Øyvind Rønningstad <oyvind.ronningstad@nordicsemi.no>
