Fix: RTC test reworked to leave NVRAM usage in clean state(test_pool/timer/test_t003). (#19)
Enhancements : Introduced a target configuration(tbsa_tgt.cfg) flag to identify UART to be used for stdio.
Log enhanced to show memory layout.
