ssl-opt.sh: Fix some test case descriptions

Fix copypasta in some test cases with
MBEDTLS_TLS_DEFAULT_ALLOW_SHA1_IN_CERTIFICATES enabled.

Add unique suffix to the two
"DTLS fragmenting: proxy MTU: auto-reduction" test cases.
