Remove useless files on this branch
The `master` branch contains a copy of the `development` branch at the
time `master` was created. In retrospect I think this was a mistake:
it should have started out empty, since we don't use `master` for
anything except to serve GitHub pages from the `docs` directory.
Therefore, remove the old copy of Mbed Crypto, only keeping what is
currently being served as documentation under
https://armmbed.github.io/mbed-crypto/ .
