fix: update docs to use correct MTE build flag With the changes made in TF-A commit c282384db, the build flag ENABLE_FEAT_MTE has been removed and further replaced by the build flag ENABLE_FEAT_MTE2. This patch fixes the documentation to reflect the updated instructions for building TF-A BL31 binary.
