feat: FF-A v1.0 resources

Created header for FF-A v1.0 structures that we are currently providing
backwards compatibility for. This includes memory sharing structures and
FF-A partition info.

Hafnium

Hafnium is a hypervisor, initially supporting aarch64 (64-bit Armv8 CPUs).
