fix(notifications): spin lock use in bitmap create In function 'plat_ffa_notifications_bitmap_create' the variable could be used in the call to 'vm_unlock' without holding a valid vm. The 'vm_unlock' would try to access through a null pointer. This patch prevents such scenario from happening.
