test(memory sharing): the FF-A version of test VMs

Added SET_UP function for memory sharing tests, to make
primary's FF-A version v1.1 by default.

Also changed the manifest of secondary VMs in EL0
partitions tests, to make them FF-A v1.1.

Hafnium

Hafnium is a hypervisor, initially supporting aarch64 (64-bit Armv8 CPUs).
