Discard old lava-submit jobs As we run a lava-submit job for every build-config job, make the old jobs be discarded with the same settings as build-config. This will stop the jenkins filesystem slowly being filled up. Change-Id: Ibe97d934334d24192e6787334b1f29728e1f4fd2
