Add parameters from upstream jobs Downstream job require these params. Most likely this worked in previous version of jenkins. Adding this for Arm Open CI, this is a NOP change for the upstream CI. Change-Id: I92dccbeb1718165b190cedfa504ef5f1e77190c0
