lava: template: qemu_mps2: use our own container for QEMU binaries
Switch to trustedfirmware/ci-amd64-tf-m-qemu-debian:bullseye image,
which is under our control and dedicated to TF project purpose.
This new image will upgrade QEMU from 5.0 to 5.2 release.
It's worth mentioning that QEMU 5.1 include the following change wrt
MPS2 machine:
* MPS2 board models have a few new devices (watchdog, S2I, I2C)
