index.md: Various fixes and improvements.
- Remove out-dated information which dates back from when this document
was a collaborative Google document.
- Remove the reference to the branch a patch gets merged to. This
depends on the specific project's review process. For example, TF-A
patches are merged into the integration branch from Gerrit, not the
master branch.
- Remove historical information about TF-A CI migration. This does not
sound useful anymore nowadays.
- Improve links formatting throughout the document.
- Fix broken links to TF-A & TF-M mailing lists.
- Change link to Gerrit documentation: use the link found from
review.trustedfirmware.org rather than a link pinned to a fixed
version from the Google website (3.3.1 in the present case). This
ensure we always refer to the right version for our Gerrit.
- Remove information about MISRA compliance in the section covering
Coverity Scan Online - this tool does not provide any MISRA static
analysis.
- Remove duplicate information about LAVA device types.
- Various cosmetic changes.
