tf-a-main: Only do fast-forward on OpenCI production site To ensure a seamless transition to OpenCI, we aim to use the same tf-a-job-configs across both OpenCI and the ARM test CI. This modification allows the tf-a-main job to run in both environments but restricts the fast-forward operation to the OpenCI production site.
