tf-a-coverity: Enable upload to Coverity servers by default Now that the upload has been fixed (see commit 1b636c91a9b4575 "tf-a-coverity.yaml: Fix the upload phase."), enable it by default. Uploading the analysis results to Coverity Scan Online servers was previously taken care by some Arm internal CI jobs. The latter has now been turned off.
