tf-tftf-gerrit-tforg-l2.yaml: include spm-l2-boot-tests test group

The TFTF L2 job should take into account the spm-l2-boot-tests test
group, so include it at the 'Run Level 2 testing of TF-A-Tests'
multijob group.
