chore: build errata-all with spm Build errata-all builds with SPM build options. This is done after discussions in here - Ref- https://github.com/TrustedFirmware-A/trusted-firmware-a/issues/121#issuecomment-3136388333 Move current l1 fvp-errata-all-abi to fvp-errata-all-abi-spmd.
