perf(tc): don't wait for TC's endless boot timeout TC will wait 1 second before proceeding with automatic boot. However, on FVP that is an eternity. Match on the prompt and send the command to proceed automatically to speed this up a bunch (full run now takes 2 minutes instead of over 5).
