Add missing lifetime parameters

Fix 'warning: hiding a lifetime that's elided elsewhere is confusing'
message (introduced in 1.89).

Arm Watchdog Module (SP805) driver

Driver implementation for the SP805 watchdog module.

Implemented features

  • Enable/disable watchdog timer
  • Update timer value
