Update repository URL and dependencies

Change URL in Cargo.toml and in README.md to point to the new repository
under the arm-firmware-crates namespace. Also update dependencies and
bump version number.

Arm Watchdog Module (SP805) driver

Driver implementation for the SP805 watchdog module.

Implemented features

  • Enable/disable watchdog timer
  • Update timer value
