Update the main branch from integration

Merge the following changes:
  - Add support for the RD-Aspen platform.
  - Enhance fTPM build scripts to support the memory-protection settings.
  - Implement support for the FFA_YIELD ABI.
  - Add support for FF-A notification handling in libsp.
  - Add Security Assessment page of the Block
    Storage SP to the documentation.
  - Modify the CMake scripts to honor the
    CMAKE_COMPILE_WARNING_AS_ERROR configuration
    option.
  - FWU Proxy: add support for exposing ESRT v1 to the FWU client.
  - Update MbedTLS dependency from v3.6.0 to v3.6.5.
