Fix: Add event log node to attestation/default-sp Add missing tpm_event_log node to the manifest file of the attestation/default-sp deployment. The missing node causes "Failed to claim event log source from config" error during SP boot because the SPMC is not forwarding the event log address if the node is not in the manifest.
