Revert "Build: Refinements for tfm_log CMake library" This reverts commit d032b08abdc79a68a2de6de240cc1d46d5f0b177. The tfm_log is shared by multiple modules such as TF-M NS and BL2 which have different compilation configurations. It cannot be static a library. Change-Id: I93a963f27eb8a3f94dfad3eb4462cb5477442fe6
