      "message": "feat(spm): add STMM cactus partition\n\nAdd another instance of cactus S-EL1 partition, using\nStMM manifest.\n\nThis is to validate HOB generation at build-time.\n\nThe manifest contains memory region nodes using the\nsame node names as in the StMM partition manifest,\nbut changed the ranges to align with memory map of\nbase FVP.
