test(security): add testcase for SMCCC_ARCH_WORKAROUND_4 Testing was conducted using FVP Version 11.26.11 on Cortex-X3, Cortex-X4, Neoverse-V2, Neoverse-V3 and Cortex-X925. Additionally, negative testing was performed on Cortex-X2.
