fix(ff-a): ivy shim receives NPI feature Ivy can be deployed with shim and without. With shim the partition is loaded as S-EL1 partition. Which means the NPI feature via FFA_FEATURES ABI should be reported. This patch handles the shim being present or not in the respective test.
