Let the CI bot user vote on Unsafe-Review label. In the near future, we plan to setup a CI job which will vote Unsafe-Review+1 for patches that do not touch any unsafe code, so human beings only need to vote on this label when it makes sense. Signed-off-by: Sandrine Afsa <sandrine.afsa@arm.com>
