mtk8173: Revert back to 2.0.0 tag

2.1.0 was never tested before that particular release. Now for 2.2.0 we
have tested on mtk8173 again. 2.2.0 panics and 2.1.0 didn't work. We
don't have time to dig into this for the 2.2.0 release and therefore we
decided to revert back to the known working 2.0.0 tag.

Repo manifest for OP-TEE development

In the OP-TEE project we try to gather all documentation under the optee_os git, therefore we recommend that you read the instructions at this page which describes how to setup OP-TEE on various platforms.
