Remove dependencies on deprecated PSA crypto functionality The attestation key manager and platform inspect application were using some deprecated PSA Crypto API funcationality related to use of the psa_key_handle_t type and psa_open_key and psa_close_key. Also aligns Mbed TLS configuration for Posix builds to changes in entropy related defines introduced in Mbed TLS 3.0.0.
