Platform: Turn off the claim value checking in attest token on Musca-B1/S1 The CryptoCell is enabled by default on Musca-B1/S1 as a result the device lifecycle is read from the real HW instead of a hard-coded value is returned. The checking of hard-coded values in attest token can be turned off with ATTEST_CLAIM_VALUE_CHECK config option.
