Platform: Add diphda platform Platform support for the Secure Enclave (SE) of diphda added. SE starts to execute the BL1 component at reset, which ram-loads BL2. Then BL2 ram-loads SE's TF-M image and the images of the Host processor. After the initialization of TF-M is finished the Host processor is released from rest.
